SafeWall Terms & Conditions, Legal Disclosures
SafeWall is a nonprofit organization that endeavors to provide a gateway for 1.) individuals who are in dangerous situations and need assistance, and 2.) provide communication access for individuals working in positions of aid to others peers who may be able to assist. Ultimately, SafeWall is a network system, and it's components, educational programs, and donation gifts are used to provide further aid to helping those in need of using the network. SafeWall does not take any responsibility for negligent use or inappropriate
use of the system by members or nonmembers. SafeWall attempts to help aid network access via communication access or contact information sharing, but does not monitor nor take responsibility of communications further. All users and beneficiaries of the system are not the responsibility of SafeWall and are subject to their own precautions and legal responsibilities without the aid of SafeWall. SafeWall may in some circumstances provide access or contacts to legal advisors when needed, but SafeWall IS NOT a legal, financial, or higher education organization. SafeWall's individual and growing components may serve for various purposes such as educational awareness and legal precautionary guidance, but these are simply aspects of SafeWall's network guidance support to help provide safety. All legal, financial, and higher academic questions and guidance should be obtained and validated through appropriate channels other than SafeWall. SafeWall's primary purposed is to help make communities and individuals at risk have access to safety, no matter what danger stands in the way. SafeWall is more of a concept to help this happen than an institution, and should be treated and considered as such.
At risk: SafeWall defines "at-risk" as those people or places that are compromised on safety but are subject to appropriate legal and moral standards. SafeWall's identification of "at-risk" individuals is completely up to the organization's discretion and is able to be revoced by the organization with or without disclosure to any involved parties.
